By installing accumulator(ACC), oil pump capacity can be downsized and idling operation of the electrical motor can be stopped. So,the initial cost for machineries can be minimized and electricity consumption can be reduced.
By the idling-stop operation of the electrical motor and the hydraulic pump. temperature rise of the system fluid is suppressed and cooler becomes noneed of use. Also, prevention of the system fluid deterioration can be attained.
Accumulator can also be used as hydraulic pressure source on an emergency case such as hydraulic pump or hydraulic source equipment trouble or electricity failure.

Pumped out oil is used to operate actuator and at the same time atored in the accumulators.
While the hydraulic pump is stopping. accumulators supply oil to the system.
When the gas pressure in the accumulators decrease lower than certain set pressure. the hydraulic pump will restart to operate.

In addition to the fluid discharged from the pump, fluid in the accumulators is discharged in operation.
Accelerates the actuator with fluid out of accumulators.
When the hydraulic pressure in the pipe line of the closed circuit changes in wide range due to the temperature change, the pressure can be stabilized to an almost constant lebvel by using accumulator.
On the other hand accumulator can compensate for the pressure drop that will be caused by the oil leakage on the equipments these require to keep constant pressure condition for long time(Pressure maintaining circuit, etc.)and as the result, the pressure drop in such circuit can be minimized.

As the temperature of the system oil goes up.the oil in the pipe line expands allowing the system pressure rise.
As the temperature of the system oil falls.the oil in the pipe line shrinks allowing the system pressure falls.
On such case.accumulator supplements pressure falls and minimize the system pressure decrease.

An accumulator can make up the energy loss caused by the oil leaks through the hydraulic valves and cylinder sealings.
Couter Balance
When the weight is increased. the increased load is absorbed by the accumulator allowing its gas volume compressed. and gets balance with the heavy item.
Whe the weigt is decreased. the pressure in the pipe line goes down.
Then, the gas volume in the accumulator expands again and gets balance against the heavy item.
Shock Absorber
When car runs over bumps or gaps. an accumulator absorbs the shocks those are passed from the wheel to the vehicle body.

Rapid opening and closing of valves can create shock waves in a hydraulic system. Installing accumulator that is also an “Energy Saving Equipment” near to the source of these shocks, the accumulator can absorb the shocks.
By decreasing the shocks in the hydraulic circuit, vibration and noise are damped, and premature failure to hoses, fittings, and other components can be prevented.

So, the pressure surge is absorbed by the accumulator and the impulsive pressure rise can be eliminated.

Installing an accumulator near to source of the puksations created by such as pump etc. the accumulator(so called energy saving equipment)can attenuates pressure pulsations in the hydraulic line.

A transfer barrier type accumulator can be used as a substitute for a hydraulic pump by transferring or transmitting fluids, with the bladder being operated as a piston to let a fulid flow into and out of the accumulator intermittently.

Dynaclean has a function to protect the hydraulic fluid in the oil tank from contamination and oxidation.
When the fluid surface lowers in the closed fluid tank. the bladder in the Dynaclean shrinks and sends the air in it to the closed fluid tank. Then the air pressure in the fluid tank can be stabilized.
