By using accumulator, it will make it possible that the electric motor will be miniaturized. Moreover, using the accumulator combined with the pressure switch will make it possible to run the electric motor intermittently. Because of that, it will make it possible that the large reduction of electric energy consumption and CO2 exhaust and to restrain the temperature rise of working fl uid. Because of the availability for restraining the temperature rise of working fluid, miniaturize of heat exchanger and prevention of the deterioration of working fluid becomes possible. It is possible that electric motor and the heat exchanger will be miniaturized by using the accumulator.
